Friesland School ‘A’ Level results As a school we are delighted that once again our A level results are broadly in line with the national average, especially our overall A* – E pass rate of 98%. As a genuinely comprehensive Sixth Form, we celebrate the achievements made by a wide range of students, obtaining results that will enable them to progress smoothly to the next exciting phases of their lives, whether in higher or further education, within apprenticeships and other work based training, full time employment or gap years. It goes without saying that we are proud of our students and wish them every future happiness and success.
Whilst I would want to highlight the ‘story’ behind every student ,each with their own specific context, I wish to express our admiration for students who have been unstinting in their positive attitude to their learning and the rewards that this brings. Students from Friesland Sixth Form now face the prospect of embarking upon degrees relating to the country’s most highly regarded professions, including Veterinary Medicine, Law and Engineering. We are equally proud of students who will be undertaking Higher Apprenticeships with Rolls Royce and Boots. Additionally, students will be experiencing the challenges that face them during rewarding and socially conscientious Gap Years.
